*Accountable is not synonymous with trackable. Later we'll show you how a License Plate Certificate will make you accountable and anonymous at the same time.
Your enrollment today will provide you
with your Osmio ID Pair identity credential
with your Osmio ID Pair identity credential
Your Osmio ID Pair consists of a simple "starter" identity certificate plus its corresponding secret Privacy PEN (personal endorsement number).
You'll use your Osmio ID Pair for passwordless authentication (logging in),
for digitally signing emails, documents, images, videos — any digital file — and
for sharing encrypted information with other enrolled people such that each of
you has measurable trust in the identity claims of the others.
With simple email and SMS verification, your Osmio ID Pair credential will start
with a low IDQA identity reliability score of 8 on a scale of 0 to 72, which
will be sufficient for less demanding security situations. Later we'll show how
you can raise that score and also how you can get a "certificate set," including
License Plate Certificates that provide accountable anonymity.
